These help files are a series of screen shots which show you how to use the various functions available with this online tool.
This tool is free to use and I have no plans to ever charge for access to this web based tool. The desktop tool, accessible from the navigation menu to the left, is a different matter.
The Spam-Killa Online tool is pretty simple to use and is a 'Brute Force' spam blocker.
You pick the emails you want to keep. Do this correctly as everything left in the Spam column will be permanently deleted when you click the 'Delete Spam' button.
To view a larger image, just click, opens in a new window.
OK, the first image shows you some of the important points about the top of the start page
some of these points are actually fairly important.
The bit about encryption is particularly relevant as this is your protection.
There are two possible paths from this point, logged in or not.
The first 2 screen shots show the not logged in mode.
This what it looks like after you have accessed the email server
obviously I have broken the page into two sections 'cause 35 messages
take up a bit more room than this.
You can see from this that the registration window only asks for
the minimum of information. I send an email to you for confirmation that you are not Spamming me.
It is unfortunate that those of us who run public access
websites have to resort to the captcha images to make sure that only humans access the sites
but there it is. Yep, every time, even me when I use this site, which I do.
These next 2 screen shots show the logged in mode.
When you are logged in and have used the program before it will remember
the emails you identified as Friend. You can see how they are sorted and
colour coded for ease of scanning. How easy is that?
The next page is one you can only access from the logged in page.
I hope that this simple help page has been useful.
This is a link to download the desktop version, this has a 30 day
free trial, use 0001 as the access code when you register.
The desktop version needs to be registered to access the database
and it won't work if you are not online when it starts.
